Thank you for your reply last week, I followed your duplicate example and it works for me but the problem there is that the fields that has data type number didn’t work except the fields that the data type is text. I tried to stop duplicate for both data type text and numbers with the same example but I  find difficult in numbers datatypes . please assist me on this. Thank you very much and looking forward to your reply.

If you mean a datatype number is a lookup field to another table then you will need a code to compare the data to the original table to your new entry. The look field is linked to the ID (number) of another table so the datatype is displaying as a number on the current table.
